  • Turn off notifications: Disable notifications for social media apps so you are not constantly bombarded with updates.
  • Delete apps: If you find that you are constantly checking social media, consider deleting the apps from your phone altogether.
  • Schedule social media time: Instead of checking social media throughout the day, schedule specific times for browsing.

Set realistic goals.

One of the best ways to overcome procrastination is to set realistic goals. This means breaking down large tasks into smaller, more manageable steps. It also means setting deadlines that are achievable but challenging.
